IT IS OUR GOAL TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF OUR
SERVICE QUALITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INNOVATIONS IN SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY AND TO BE THE BEST.
Our Quality Management System objectives, which we carry out with our awareness of
the quality of health services;
• To provide timely and correct service for the first time,
• To eliminate the possibility of error during service delivery,
• Detecting possible errors and preventing their recurrence,
• To provide health services in line with patient needs and expectations and international
standards,
• To design, plan, implement, measure, monitor, develop and improve all activities
carried out in order to provide sufficient assurance to our patients in accordance with
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and Quality Standards in Health-Hospital
conditions.
The created quality policy includes the principles listed below:
1. To provide preventive and curative health services that respect the ethical principles
of practices in the field of Traditional and Complementary Medicine, and the personal
rights of patients, by constantly monitoring scientific and technological developments.
2. Organizing seminars, meetings and preparing brochures to inform the society in the
field of Traditional and Complementary Medicine
3. Organizing training activities (Ministry of Health certified courses, symposiums) for
physicians in the field of Traditional and Complementary Medicine
4. To carry out research activities in the field of Traditional and Complementary Medicine
in line with the strategic goals of our university
5. Establishing a Traditional and Complementary Medicine Doctorate Program and
Department to support advanced education and interdisciplinary research in this field
